Hello Everyone,
This happens with all my attempts at creating Audio CD's. I only use the files listed below as an experiment. OK. Let's say that I have the following files that I want to add to an Audio CD: 01 - Trouble Boys - Dave Edmunds.mp3 02 - Never Been In Love - Dave Edmunds.mp3 03 - Not A Woman, Not A Child - Dave Edmunds.mp3 04 - Television - Dave Edmunds.mp3 05 - What Looks Best On You - Dave Edmunds.mp3 06 - Readers Wives - Dave Edmunds.mp3 07 - Deborah - Dave Edmunds.mp3 08 - Thread Your Needle - Dave Edmunds.mp3 09 - A.1. On The Jukebox - Dave Edmunds.mp3 10 - It's My Own Business - Dave Edmunds.mp3 11 - Heart Of The City - Dave Edmunds.mp3 If I click on each file one at a time, the file that I click on should be the one that is added to the Audio CD. If I select all of the files, right click and choose "Add to project", then I should see the files listed above in the Projects pane in the order that the files are listed above. The problem is, that is NOT what happens. What happens is: 1. Click on the first track and nothing is added. 2. Click on the second track and the first track is added. 3. Then more of the same, until I click on track 11. 4. When I click on Track 11, Track 10 is added. 5. Then if I click on Track 1 again, Track 11 is finally added. In a new Audio CD project, if I click on Track 1 twice, Track 1 will then appear in the Project pane. But, when I click on Track 2, Track 1 is added again. If I select all of the files, right click and choose "Add to project," the initial result is as follows: 01 - Trouble Boys - Dave Edmunds.mp3 02 - Never Been In Love - Dave Edmunds.mp3 03 - Not A Woman, Not A Child - Dave Edmunds.mp3 04 - Television - Dave Edmunds.mp3 05 - What Looks Best On You - Dave Edmunds.mp3 06 - Readers Wives - Dave Edmunds.mp3 07 - Deborah - Dave Edmunds.mp3 08 - Thread Your Needle - Dave Edmunds.mp3 09 - A.1. On The Jukebox - Dave Edmunds.mp3 10 - It's My Own Business - Dave Edmunds.mp3 So, track 11 is missing. So then I click on Track 1 and THEN track 11 is added to the Project pane. While you all contemplate this, I am going to create a new user and try all of this with that new user. I will report back with my findings... Steven P. Ulrick |

With a fresh user, the result is the same as described above. Also, just to be safe, I played portions of each of the above listed tracks, and the file names are correct. Also, the id3 tags are correct as well.

Hi, you're right, the problem exists, I will look into it. Just keep in mind that you're using current development version so you should be prepared that odd things might happen

Of course. I figure since I can't code, I can in a detailed and accurate fashion at least describe what is wrong. As a Linux user since Red Hat 6.2, that is the least I can do |

I appreciate your efforts Steven but it's too early to report bugs in trunk . If you'd like to help you can report bugs in the stable 2.0 or (even better) help reproducing existing bugs.
