My K3b did not come with a Speex encoder. Is it normal?
Also, when I enter this forum in the browser, the address remains <URL: http://www.k3b.org/ >. Why is that?

Speex installation probably is a distro decision, openSuse has various speex packages in the oss repo, maybe they just aren't installed by default - open the yast sw manager and search, then check and dl.

Wierd I see it also, all links on k3b when clicked do not change the address bar, this only happens if you left click, if you right click and open in a new tab the address does change, must be k3b magic (or html magic)
