regexp search

Thu Apr 26, 2012 1:18 am
Maybe it is a silly question:
Is it possible to make some simple regexp searches from within krunner?
For example I would search for multiple ORed words, but last time I tried I got virtuoso-t going to eat ~all my CPU.

As far as I know krunner only supports "*" but Nepoogle, http://kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=145505, supports regular expressions.

On the other side, there is a serious performance issue using Nepomuk's search API with more than three or four terms in a query, this will be fixed in a near future, but Nepoogle supports unlimited terms in a query.

I'll give it a try very soon!
