Greetings!
Recently I encountered a problem with file indexing. After system reboot Nepomuk starts to scan for recent changes and very often after some time I discover that file indexing is suspended. I re-enable file indexing, but after some time it is suspended again. And so on. During all this time my laptop is plugged to power supply. Does anyone encountered the same thing? I suppose that this may be connected with the recent thread: viewtopic.php?f=154&t=106887 Best regards, Aleksey. |

Oh, and I forgot to say, my KDE version is 4.8.4, installed from OpenSuse repo:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositori ... SUSE_12.1/ OS: OpenSuse 12.1 64 bit. |

How busy is your system when Nepomuk suspends itself? If you walk away from your system, does indexing recommence?

After upgrade to KDE 4.8.5 everything works perfect. Apparently, this thing was specific to KDE 4.8.4
