Since upgrade to 4.11 Nepomuk is stuck on NepomukMigrator

Every time I log into my computer, Nepomuk immediately crashes. After restarting it, I get the systray icon. If I hover over it I see "optimizing search database". If I right click I just see NepomukMigrator. Clicking on it does nothing. Going to Desktop Search in system settings I see that

"Desktop Search services are active"- clicking on details just show Files and a number and Emails and a number.

"File indexing service not running" - clicking on suspend multiple times does nothing

"Email indexing service is suspended" - clicking on suspend turns it into resume then clicking again it says "Ready to index data (0%)"

What should I do to get this working again? Thought of deleting the database and starting again, but I'd rather not deal with losing my labels if possible.

After logging in, please ensure no Nepomuk processes (except "nepomukcontroller") are running on your system, then run "nepomukserver" in a terminal and post the output here. Please be aware that if your database is very large, it may take a bit of time for the migration to complete.

How do I make sure no Nepomuk processes are running? And if they are, how do I stop them?

Based on the backtrace you've provided it appears Nepomuk is crashing while it is attempting to migrate your data. Unfortunately this means the migration can never complete.

OK, fine. If I need to start over, I need to start over. What's the best way to do this?

there should be an option to start fresh on the migration options window (see below) if not:
1) in systemsettings disable Nepomuk
2) remove the folder $KDEHOME/share/apps/nepomuk
3) re-enable Nepomuk, your settings should have been save but double check

Had to delete it manually. Nepomuk no longer crashes on startup. Yay.
