Hi all,

First post; please be gentle. I've done the requisite searching here and elsewhere but not got so much as a hint as to where to look for an answer to this.

I've a folder full of shell scripts, one level below $HOME, yet the Plasma 5 search widget (powered, I assume by baloo) resolutely refuses to list the scripts in results. I have the 'Command Line' and 'Applications' plugins enabled, FWIW. Surely I don't have to create a .desktop file for every shell script do I???
