atrox, can you test if you get some result for tagged files trought dolphin?

I did - no results Also it seems that my Nepomuk "search service" had somehow failed meanwhile - I tagged some files and when I tried to search filenames under that tag, Dolphin shows me: "The Nepomuk query service is not running. Unable to answer queries without it." I did the quit-kill-quit-kill cycle and restarted nepomukserver. After that I don't see any tags any more.. blah.. restarted nepomukserver again. This time the tags were back. Also it's silly that I have to specify some tag before I can search - if I don't search-button is inactive. |

Also kubuntu alpha 2 has the same problem. Seems to be a virtuoso bug!

(K)Ubuntu has moved the virtuoso-t binary from /usr/bin/ to /usr/bin/virtuoso/ and kde can't find it there. I tried making a link in /usr/bin/ but apparently it's looking for a file, not a link. I copied the virtuoso-t binary from /usr/lib/virtuoso/ to /usr/bin/ and now nepomuk works again. Not the most elegant solution, but it works.

The Kubuntu packagers have patched KDE to use Virtuoso from the correct location. Please update your Soprano packages.

The problem has been solved:) there was a little bug in shared-desktop-ontologies.
Now nepomuk fully works under all distros |

It seems like I solved it by deleting my "~/.kdemod4/share/apps/nepomuk" directory and the nepomuk config files in "~/.kdemod4/share/config/". Luckily I previously had no real/usable/valuable "nepomuk data".
It now looks like it works…

Hej,
well here I get this:
EDIT: Last time I updated KDE I also deleted the nepomuk data but I find it kind of stupid to do that every time there is a new version.
