I need just one simple command. How to remove Nepomuk's database completely, so it can start over? For some reason, it thinks my Home directory is part of a DVD disc I ran recently, I want to start Nepomuk over

how about brute force
rm -rf ~/.kde4/share/apps/nepomuk/* |

The above command is correct, make sure to stop Nepomuk first though:

PS.: On my system it's ~/.kdemod4/ |

The platform agnostic method is to use
$(kde4-config --localprefix) in place of ~/.kde, ~/.kde4, etc.
