Nepomuk warning after login (KDE 4.6.2)

oops, yes I run as normal user, just ran those commands in a shell under root...

here they are under normal user...

Ok, the Virtuoso database seems to be corrupted, or was produced by a version incompatible with your current version.

Please run the following:

qdbus org.kde.NepomukServer /nepomukserver quit
sleep 10s
rm -rf $(kde4-config --localprefix)/share/apps/nepomuk/
nepomukserver &


It should now work.
