I have some friends in Pulle, Antwerp and they speak Flemish Dutch (pardon my ignorance -is there a difference?) Is there a good way of learning Dutch without costing too much (money is just as tight in England as it is in Europe with our Chancellor)! I know this is not the usual place to ask, but it's where I am most of the time when I'm online on KDE or Ubuntu/Kubuntu chanels.
