I really miss the shift snap option from other apps
Holding shift snaps to straight line in 0°, 45° and 90° I miss this feature extremely and would love to see it in Krita |

I use a perspective assistant for that when I really need it.
On a new layer I paint 1 square. Duplicate layer, rotate 45° Resize to the desired space. Using the perspective assistant, make 2 grids matching the points on each square. Hide assistants (I belive is, View > hide assistant On brush options select "Assistant" and set to 1000. With a setup like this I barely miss shift snap as you can make any type of angled snap, or perspective snap. The only missing thing is a toggle button to make it faster to use assistants Hope it works for you.

Yes... That's a good way to work. But we should fix our tools to have shift-snap as well, it's something that's been on the todo for over six years now!

That's a long time now!
Would be nice if the snap angles could be set/modified on a document session. Good to know it's "in the oven"
