Anime style coloring

Since Krita has animation tools now I thought why not make a suggestion for a kick starter that makes Krita's graphics equal to Retas. :)

It's already been proposed in this topic but that topic sort of died out with lazybrush talk. For those of us working on anime or similar cartoony style, this would be a great feature!

I wonder if we could implement this with the python scripting capability?

Actually, during last sprint I added a phabricator task for exactly this.
I didn't even see the other forum thread, I'll link to it in the task.

Awesome! If I find some time, I'll look at the fill tool code and see how much work it would be to do this.
