Is there any way to import 3d objects into krita? I use 3d in my illustrations from time to time and was hoping I can import 3d objects into krita as 3d objects on a 2d canvas, ala PS. Although Ps's 3d system is highly counter intuitive and I use 3dsmax to just render out stuff.

No. We tried several times -- there have been two unsuccesful Google Summer of Code projects attempting to make this possible, even. It's something that would be very cool to have, but it needs someone stepping up who wants to work on it.
