main feature would be to view image layers, like TIFF, psd...

it should be designed as a stand lone application that can replace the default image viewer.
UI Demo:
Image
Image

Unique Features:
* support image layers preview(TIFF, PSD, openEXR)
* gray scale preview (easy to see values)
# color picker(RGB, HEX, HSV)
# RGBA channels preview
# show thumbnail preview at corner
# image grid overlay preview (3/3, 4/4, Golden ratio)

Basic Features:
* Zoom & Pan
* Image rotation & flip previous
* change background color
* Full screen mode
# fit windows frame to image size

I looked on the web, there's no such image viewer does this. Krita itself can do all these jobs but we just want to VIEW the images without open a professional applications. it's best to use an image viewer. since Krita is open source and it has all the functionality, I'm don't have any experience at writing software but I think it's possible to make such thing base on what we have.
