Hello!

So the Quick settings docker currently only offers size, opacity and flow - which are already accessible in the pop-up palette - so my suggestion is to be able to use it to quickly change brush tip or even other brush settings.
That way you could only have 4-5 brush presets and still get hundreds of variations just by changing the tip on the fly (eg. one brush preset for all texture brushes), which would make navigating your brushes much easier.

I'm not sure how much coding it would take, but it seems all the important bits are already there.

Yes, stuff like that requires the resources api to be exposed in python, and that is on a backburner as long as the resource internals are being rewritten.

Oooh I just realized this probably belongs in "Krita Development", not "Krita Extensions".
