Sorry for possible violations of any rules of this forum: I am not a programmer and I'm a newbie in the KDE community (because I use versions of Krita for Windows). However, minor knowledge of Python, uncomfortable zoom control and comfortable button "100% zoom" in the Pop-Up Palette made me to create my own zoom control. I used slightly modified Wolthera's code of Quick Settings Docker to select zoom scales instead of brush settings. I doubt whether it would be helpful for somebody else but Dmitriy offered me to upload my plugin here, so I followed his advice. I am not used to git so I upload the zip file on external hosting. Hope you'll help me to upload the file according to rules if I did something wrong.
About the docker itself. As I said, it is based on code of Wolthera's Quick Settings Docker and allows to set scales that are not included in the list of built-in zoom control. Moreover (and obviously), like in Quick Settings Docker, users can edit the .py file and customize the list to add their favourite scales if needed (for example, for quick switching to large scale while working with pixel art). I didn't make more suitable buttons and left old code that draws circle-shaped icons because lack of skills, but they are large enough to press them on a tablet (I use a wintab compatible with a Wacom stylus), so I feel more comfortable while using my "DIY" plugin than the standard zoom control. Here is the link for downloading: https://yadi.sk/d/AIU7niqdGZXt1A Sorry again, I don't understand how URL tag works here. |
