In Photoshop CC, when in isolated layer mode, you can CTRL-PASTE straight into the active transparency layer easily. This saves a lot of time and hassle when you know you only need to work with one alpha layer.

In Krita I have to paste the alpha, convert the transparency layers to paint layers, merge them, then convert back to transparency layers.
When I have to paste multiple things, my creative flow is broken by the additional steps necessary.
I guess there's probably a faster method that could keep my tied over for now, but I've found nothing nearly as convenient and quick as Photoshop's default method.

Can we have this ability in Krita, without a more lengthy work-around solution?
