KDE4 Composite vs KDE4 Activity

Wed Oct 29, 2008 12:10 pm
Hi everybody!
KDE4 has made two very good ideas for the desktop:
1.KDE4 Composite and/or Compiz
and
2.KDE4 Activity

But each has its drawbacks:
1.KDE4 Composite and/or Compiz - You can not have different wallpapers and plasmoids for each desktop but have other applications open and taskbar for each desktop

2.KDE4 Activity - Here things are quite the opposite - may have different wallpapers and plasmoids for each Activity but the basic panel, taskbar and started applications move between Activitys and no change effects when swith from Activity to Activity (like Compiz)

It would be great to combine these two functions.
What do you think?
Can we expect to KDE4.3 or 4.4 such functionality?

P.s Sorry for my bad English
Best regards
