Bouncing Icons: Can It Be Turned Off?

Xubuntu 11.10 ( I can't upgrade yet )
Kubuntu Desktop 11.10 KDE 4.74 I'm using the above configuration. Is there a way to turn off the bouncing icons when an app loads, without turning off the other cool effects? Thanks in advance for any information Steve |

System Settings -> Application and System Notifications -> Launch Feedback -> Busy Cursor -> No Busy Cursor.
