Yes. I wouldn't waste peoples time without doing so, but I don't know of a way to search for an image, as opposed to text.

There are not that many working themes for KDE SC 4.x. Essentially, you have Oxygen and QtCurve with the later being so configurable that it can be thought of as a theme engine.

You can try it, and try to mimic the desired look. Mind that it will take you a lot of time - there really is a *lot* to tweak.

Having tinkered with QtCurve's settings pretty extensively I'm very certain that you should be able to achieve that look using QtCurve. You have to set up some custom gradients, and you may want to play with the custom shades (which affects things like how light or dark the borders of the widgets are), but once you've familiarized yourself with how they work you should be able to make something that looks very similar.

In Bespin engine or QtCurve engine you have many configuration options and you can adjust the look of scrollbars and buttons and other elements in terms of color, gradient etc. I know that this is maybe not exact answer to your question, but I think you can achieve even better results. And it will be easier then looking for more or less an exact match to Polycarbonate.
