kbuildsycoca4: item not listed Screensaver - System Settings

Using Ubuntu Precise + kde4 version 4.8.3 desktop - Plasma
Terminal install of KOceansaver according to authors recommended procedure completed successfuly.
On running kbuildsycoca4, koceansaver is not listed in Screensaver - System Settings. Any suggestions for a newbie?

Can you please provide a link to the KOceansaver documentation which details how to install it?
