While I don't see an option for this, you can find of "fake it" by changing the shadow color to the same blue as the glow. This will result in inactive windows having the same glow as the active window. The side-effect is that all drop shadows will now be the blue glow, including menu shadows, which may not be desirable.
If you want to try this out, go into the System Settings. Under the Workspace Appearance and Behavior section, go to the Workspace Appearance section. In that window, the Window Decoration section has a "Configure Decoration..." button. Click that for the Decoration Options window. The Shadows tab has "Window Drop-Down Shadow". Change the color to match the active window glow color. Maybe someone else will come up with a configuration somewhere for specifically what you're looking for. I'm afraid this is the extent of my knowledge on this one. |
