I'm using KDE 4.10. Is there a way to change the saturation for icons in minimized windows in the task manager? I'd like them to stay fully saturated instead of turning to grey when the window is minimized. I'd like to keep the rest as is.

Can you please post a screenshot displaying the effect you are describing?

Sure.

As you can see in the minimized view (labelled D:), the colour/saturation is gone. I'd like to not have that effect.

Which Task Manager applet are you using? Is it one which ships with KDE itself, or is it a 3rd party one?
I do not see the icon saturation issues myself however.

You may also wish to try changing the icon settings for "Disabled" or "Inactive" at System Settings > Application Appearance > Icons > Advanced, although be aware that it will affect other applications which mark their icons as disabled / inactive.
