Virtual desktop switcher size

Fri Apr 12, 2013 11:24 am
Hi,

I guess, that I have quite a newbie question:

I would like to increase the overall size of the virtual desktop switcher in the taskbar.
Of course, it is automatically resized when I change the control bar, but I would like to increase the size directly. Currently I have 4 desktops in a 2x2 grid. When I change the layout to 4x1 the overview are *tiny* and I would like to sacrifice some space of the window list to increase the desktop switcher. I already grep through some configuraion files hoping to find a parameter to tune -- but without success so far.

How can I do that (if there is an intended way to do so)?

Cheers and thanks for ideas,
Thomas

The height of the preview area of each one should match the height of the panel fairly closely.
If this isn't the case, can you post a screenshot please?
