Since debian dropped non PAE 686 and virtually all dpkg/apt driven distros (beginning with ubuntu and its derivates) just rip off the debian packages, i fear: none.
Fedora and SuSE apparently have non PAE 686 builds.

Consider building the kernel yourself, pick the debian/mint config and disable PAE support?
