Set Super_L as a custom global shortcut

Hi,

I'd like to create a global shortcut for Konsole. The key Super_L has to come with another key in order to become a standard KDE shortcut. Is there any way I could change this?

It's not directly supported by the Qt/KDE shortcut system, but there's
