where KDE store launchers configuration? (launchers that I can add to task manager panel by click "show a launcher when not running")

What I try to do is to customize one launcher. I run my Chrome Browser by such launcher but my problem is that (I don't know why) chrome by default starts with --lang parameter set to "--lang=en-US", I want to set this to other value.

I would think it would be calling Chrome the same as would Kmenu or using Krunner (F12), does Chrome always start using en-US no matter how called?

the setting/config is in ~/.kde[4]/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc
