Hello everyone.
I'm running Kubuntu 14.04, and tonight since I had free bandwidth and time I went through with the update to 4.13.2. After rebooting this is what my system looks like:

I've already tried wiping my .kde folder. Any suggestion on how to fix this? it really looks horrible

Edit: Fixed it. I noticed that in the style options there wasn't oxygen, so I searched "missing oxygen style" and found that to fix this issue you have to wipe ~/.config/Trolltech.conf.
