Modify vertical scroll behavior

Hello,

Kubuntu 14.04 LTS on my ThinkPad T420i allows vertical scroll by either two fingers or by moving single finger on the edge. Having two ways to do same stuff messes with my workflow. I would like disable-single-finger-on-edge-vertical-scroll and I can't find any option to do in touchpad settings. How do I do it?

Sorry, options are right on my face :< in Input Devices>Scrolling>Edge Scrolling.
