Hi I installed Ubuntu with KDE not Kubuntu !! I installed KDE-standard package and KDE-plasma-desktop package. I have no Desktop Icons so I looked how I fix it here:https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=67&t=86557 but well I don't have these activities section in desktop activities. Anyone knows what the package is called in Ubuntu? I guess it's in the KDE-full package but I don't want to install that.

try adding or reinstalling:
- plasma-desktop
- plasma-containments-addons
