Hello --

I recently upgraded to the plasma 5 and I've noticed that my remapping of CAPS lock to Ctrl does not persist after resume. It is still checked in the options box of System Settings -> Input Devices -> Keyboard -> Advanced, but it does not actually work. I always have to uncheck it, recheck it, and then click apply. Has anyone else had this problem? I was planning on reporting a bug, but I wasn't sure what to post it under.

run "kcmshell5 kded", in the lower section, disable the "keyboard" daemon.
I've no idea what it's supposed to do, but it screwed my keyboard settings on various occasions, resume from STR being one of them. No idea whom to report a bug here, though.
