Hello!

I have a very simple question but i cant find answer for it in Google and in IRC KDE channel.
I use KDE plasma 5 and have tab "Look and feel" in appearance settings in System settings. I have there 3 themes: Breeze, Breeze Dark and Oxygen.
Also i want to install more complete themes but could not find anything like 'Kde5 Look and feel themes'.

So, my question is: what is this themes? Is list of themes hard-coded in KDE or it is extensible?
