Hi All,

I'm a sysadmin and would like to remove those two buttons from the KMenu section "Leave".
I've googled for hours to find out how to do that, a solution i've found was to mask sleep.target and suspend.target. But after that my servers were really slow and i decided not to use this solution.

Is there any possibility to customize this "Leave" section further, not only to remove the Shutdown button but also the "Suspend" and "Sleep" buttons?

Regards,

Disable the suspend and sleep actions in the polkit config. Then those buttons should disappear.

See here: https://forums.opensuse.org/showthread. ... m-KDE-menu
Of course that's highly openSUSE specific.
On other distributions you may have to add a javascript scriptlet to /etc/polkit-1/ or similar.
The actions should be the same though.
