Hi,

I have this strange problem when I launch some root GTK-based software. When I launch apps, like Synaptic or GParted, from their normal shortcuts, they look like this:



When I launch them via terminal, for example:

sudo synaptic
sudo gparted


they look like this:



This behaviour is present on KDE Neon and Kubuntu 16.04.1

I've discovered that in Kickoff menu Synaptic and GParted are run from commands:

synaptic-pkexec
gparted-pkexec
