Change window's border color

I want change the border color of the windows in KDE 5.8.x. WIth aurorae it can't be done, so, exists some way to do it?

The Aurorae theme elements are svg images: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scalable_Vector_Graphics
You could edit the theme elements with a svg editor. At this with the Inkscape:  Full image: http://imgur.com/X89EsJZ  KF5 Window Decoration 'Get New Decorations' action is installing the Aurorae themes to: ~/.local/share/aurorae/themes/<THEME> |
