Windows 10 has neat thing:
when I click with RMB on app icon which is docked to taskbar I get recent files used only by that app.
Is it possible to set something like that in plasma?

Plasma 5.9 can show the recent files that can be opened with the application.

Great, I've got to wait for a while though as I've got 5.8.5 LTS on Neon.

The same feature is available in the application menu in 5.8.5 (and even earlier) already too though.
Right-click on an application in there and you should see the files recently opened by that application.
Should also work with Favorites I think.
