Mouse Actions. Right-Button is set to Standard Menu; All 14 items are selected.

When right-clicking on the desktop and clicking on to "< Leave... Ctrl+Alt+Del" the system will log-out/log-in instead of offering the function to select either 'Suspend', 'Reboot', 'Shutdown' or 'Logout'.
Is there a fix available to correct this fault?

The only way using this function is either using the Application Menu (Logout, Reboot, Shut Down) or keyboard (Ctrl+Alt+Del).

What settings do you have at KDE System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Desktop Session ?

The 'Confirm logout' box wasn't highlighted (activated).
