How to set step of decreasing opacity

Hi, in Settings -> Window Behavior -> Window actions I use Alt + Mousewheel to change window opacity.

Who knows how can I modify how much opacity is changed per mouse wheel roll?

Currently, I can only use mouse wheel to set opacity to 10 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 100,
I wanted to use the mouse wheel to set opacity to 5, 10, 15, ... 95, 100.

I thought I recall seeing such a setting somewhere, but browsing the couple of places in System Settings where I would have expected to find it (primarily in Window Behavior -> Window Actions and some of the other tabs in there as well as in Desktop Effects under the Transparency effect) I didn't see any such option. Granted I'm still on KDE 4, but I don't think that's changed in KDE 5. (most likely the option I remember seeing was in another desktop, probably Enlightenment)
