Running Kubuntu 17 and trying to figure out how to prevent windows from snapping to the edge of the screen when moving them around.

I've tried searching for an answer, as well as the obvious settings:

System Settings -> Desktop Behavior -> Screen Edges

The Maximize and Tile settings are turned off there, but windows still snap to the edges of the screen when they get close.
