[SOLVED] no frames around windows on 3.5.9

History: 1. clean Kubuntu 8.04 install 2. changed KDE 3.5.9 to my requirements 3. copied /home/username onto a USB stick 4. copied /home/username from the USB stick onto another new Kubuntu 8.04 install 5. everything works and looks good but for the "no frames issue" Does anybody know which file is responsible?
