Hi,

annoying blue strap appears when hover cursor over bottom of the panel. Please take a look (click image to enlarge)



It happens when all windows are deselected - just click on desktop and then hover. No mater what containment, what edge, what height - its there.
Do you know what causes this issue and how to rid of it?
