Hi KDE developers,

I've been having an issue related to icons (or everything visual) on default panels. When a panel is created, every widget, icon, or any information put on this panel can be seen without any problems. However, after a reboot or power off, when the system is logged in, all icons or information have disappeared. Passing the mouse over the panels, the widget's tooltips are shown and everything is clickable and responds to actions. Creating the panel again and rebooting repeats the issue. I've others machines with KDE and this problem doesn't happen, only with a desktop computer with Nvidia GPU and proprietary Nvidia drivers installed.

Below some system information:
Operating System: KDE neon 5.14
KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.5
Qt Version: 5.12.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.54.0
Kernel Version: 4.15.0-45-generic
OS Type: 64-bit
NVIDIA Driver Version: 410.79
Compositor rendering backend: OpenGL 2.0/3.1 and XRender

The forum is not really the place to file bug reports, please use http://bugs.kde.org for this.

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...
