It is time to change my O/S since Kubuntu 14.04 is ending soon. I have many customisations for keyboard shortcuts and window behaviour/window rules. Other flavours of Kubuntu I have tried, (16.04 & 18.04) have not worked well for maintaining these settings when I upgrade and either maintain (i.e., leave in place at the time of upgrade) or import (i.e., copy the directory to a fresh installation) my home directory.

For Global Keyboard short-cuts, it is possible to export scheme(s) into a file. For Window Rules it is only possible to export individual rules one-by-one. Is there a file under ~/.kde/share which holds that data for all Windows Rules?
