I'm in the situation where I frequently need to switch keyboard layouts. I have set a keyboard shortcut for this, and it always works (alt+space).
However, I also have configured some keyboard options. I've remapped CAPS LOCK to be ESC and vice versa. This is where I encounter a problem: The configured keyboard options are reset every time I switch language. All remappings are removed(except for "switching to another layout"), and to activate them again, I need to open Input Devices->Advanced and click Apply again. Is it possible to always apply the remappings, regardless of keyboard layout?
