This started yesterday when I was messing around with some color settings and OBS, so I'm not sure which one of the 2 might've broken it.

When I use the volume keys to change the volume the little popup looks like this now:
Image
Volume is at 50%.

Along with the bar above icons in the taskbar having gone grey as well, used to be blue.

Anyone know what might've caused this?

without knowing what your current settings are this is hard to answer...

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

You set your "Common Colors -> Focus Decoration" color to grey.

Of course it fixed itself today.
Also, common colors was unchanged the whole time.
Idk what's up with these random breakages, might've been due to changing the themes or might've been due to obs completely freezing my computer requiring me to press the reset switch.

Sorry for the trouble.
