Hi,
Is there a way to make a graphics tablet behave like a touchscreen, by what I mean is that when you want to scroll you can just "grab" a specific place and move it up or down. The way you scroll on your phone or tablet. Now the only way is go to the right and grab the scroll bar. While on Plasma graphics tablet is mostly seen as a mouse, on Windows it is seen as a touchscreen and uses all optimisations for it, scrolling included. Any ideas? Tablet: Huion 640p (Wacom or Huion driver) OS: Solus Plasma (rolling distro, so newest Plasma) |

AFAIK you would need to run a Wayland session for this, the X Server is not really optimized on that behalf. Don't know if your distro ships it, though...
Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ... |

Unfortunately after switching to Wayland the tablet stops working at all and under Graphic Tablet in settings I get "Currently only X11 is supported".
Any way to make it work on Wayland or like a touchscreen on X.Org? |
