Breeze SDDM being part the overall standard Plasma Theme, I don't think you removed it, you just removed it from the selection list in the System Settings.
Did you try restoring it just by clicking on the Default button?

In the worst case: breeze is a standard package in any distribution, normally you should just be able to re-install it through Discover

FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version and distribution, makes answering easier...

Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11
FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

A bit late, but it could help other members/users.

$ sudo apt install --reinstall sddm-theme-breeze

Thanks, It worked!

I wonder If it can be achieved with pkcon, though.

I also deleted the theme in System Settings (and the folder disappeared in /usr/share/sddm/themes/) but the sddm-theme-breeze package was Installed yet and the Default button in System Settings was disabled.

The login was still possible without any SDDM themes.
