Hi all, i need help. i Cant change the color of the title bar on arch linux kde plasma 5.18.

System Settings -> Appearance -> Colours click on your selected colour scheme and edit it (there should be a pen icon), the title bar is somewhere at the bottom

I know how to change it.... My problem is that the color does not change it is always black.

Well, then this might be a theme problem, which exact Global theme are you using?

Thanks for answer i am using Breeze Blue Dark.

Then I suggest you contact the author of the theme, this could be theme related problem. In case of third-party provided themes this should always be the first step, as we have no influence over this.
I can change the color on the standard Breeze Dark FWIW.

I can't change the color of the title bar of any theme is not a problem of the theme.

Did you save the change, then apply it? It works perfectly fine for me.

Of course you should not save your changes under the same name, else it will become impossible to revert to the default selection.
