Hello. In a multi-monitor setup is it possible to restrict the free cursor movement through the screen edge to the another display?

I can set up such a behavior by using Dual Monitor Tools in Windows. The cursor moves freely to another display only when I press and hold a custom key (e.g. Ctrl). Otherwise it's locked onto the given display.

Not AFAIK
