Win key does not open application launcher

kde-deshmukh Registered Member Posts 184 Karma 0	Win key does not open application launcher Sun Apr 19, 2020 9:15 am Running Plasma 5.18. Suddenly, on pressing Win key, application launcher does not start! How do I get that behavior back? -- Manjaro KDE. Kernel 4.19.244-1-MANJARO. 64-bit. Plasma 5.24.5. KDE Frameworks 5.94.0. Qt 5.15.4. 8GB RAM and more than 100GB free on the hard disk.

It works flawlessly here Running Kubuntu 22.10 with Plasma 5.26.3, Frameworks 5.100.0, Qt 5.15.6, kernel 5.19.0-23 on Ryzen 5 4600H, AMD Renoir, X11 FWIW: it's always useful to state the exact Plasma version (+ distribution) when asking questions, makes it easier to help ...

The Application Launcher widget ONLY in the default panel works. If one adds another panel, adds Application Launcher widget and removes the default panel, this widget does not open on pressing Win key. Is this expected behavior? -- Manjaro KDE. Kernel 4.19.244-1-MANJARO. 64-bit. Plasma 5.24.5. KDE Frameworks 5.94.0. Qt 5.15.4. 8GB RAM and more than 100GB free on the hard disk.
